These terms cover the Sendaloo closed beta, offered by AVS Media, Federico Fellinistraat 102, 6515 LV Nijmegen, the Netherlands (KvK 98648225).
What Sendaloo is#
An email API and dashboard for sending transactional mail from domains you control.
Beta#
Access is by request and may change or end while we build. Features, limits and prices can change; we tell you in the app.
Acceptable use#
Send mail people expect from you. No spam, no unlawful content, no mail to addresses that did not agree to it. Sendaloo may suspend a sender whose mail is bounced or reported at a high rate.
Your domain and your keys#
You are responsible for your domains, your DNS records and your API keys.
Liability#
We build with care but offer the beta as it is, without a guarantee that every message arrives. Our liability is limited as far as the law allows, and not for intent or gross negligence.
