Privacy statement

This website#

There is no analytics, no tracking pixel, no advertising script and no social media plug-in. Fonts, images and videos are served from this website itself. The videos are recordings of the dashboard with a demo app and made-up data. The request-access and contact forms use your address only to answer you. Searching runs in your browser. The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor, which processes your IP address and request data to deliver pages (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The Sendaloo app#

You are the controller of the recipients' data you send through Sendaloo; we process it for you. Processors: Convex, Inc. (database), Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting) and Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL (sending, region eu-north-1). Transfers outside the EEA rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses. You can ask for access, correction, deletion and a copy of your data at hello@avs-media.com, and complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
